Director of Music Ministries

Coleman Clark

Coleman directs the praise band at the contemporary worship service, as well as the chancel and bell choirs in the traditional service at Fairmont Presbyterian Church, and serves as piano and voice instructor for Sand Dollar Music studio in Dayton. Coleman attended Wright State University majoring in Music Education with Choral Concentration, and studied voice as a baritone. He is a founding member, keyboardist, and lead vocalist for the band The Blue Leaf’s and wrote many of the original songs on their three albums, “I Just Met Her,” “Shades of the Blue Leaf’s,” and “Rite of Passage.” In addition to his work as a vocalist, Coleman is a sought-after pianist, performing all over the region as both a soloist and collaborative pianist for singers of all genres.
In his free time, you can find Coleman spending time with his wife, Brooke, and his many friends he’s kept from high school and college. He very much enjoys fitness, whether that be in the gym, or hiking, biking, kayaking, or anything of that nature. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places, particularly beach vacation spots!
