Teacher’s Aide

Liz Lewis

Liz joins the staff of Fairmont Presbyterian Preschool as the teacher’s aide for the 4-year-old class. Liz Lewis was born and raised in Northeast Ohio.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from West Virginia University.  She did a little post graduate work, then became a stay at home mom to her two kids.  Liz and her family joined the church in 2008, and they have been active in many ministries.  She is a Sunday school teacher, VBS volunteer, choir member, and currently a member of the Board of Deacons.  After volunteering at the preschool while her youngest was attending, she became a sub at the preschool and then an aide.  In her free time she likes to read, sleep, and spend time with her husband of 15 years, two kids, and two cats.  She does a few crafty things, which has mistakenly given people the idea that she is crafty, but she does enjoy sciencey things.  She can usually be found in the thick of any church event that involves kids and families.
